A great opportunity for someone developing their leadership skills that enjoys working with other adults, you will have good people and organisational skills.This opportunity will allow you to help develop an existing Scout Group and help it to provide wider Scouting opportunities to more young people. A scouting background is not essential as training will be given though the ability to communicate, provide ideas whilst helping to motivate other adults is.
