Marie Curie Companion at Home Volunteer

Could you spend a couple of hourchatting to someone over a cup of tea or going for a walk with them?
2 hrs / week Tue 30th Jan – Wed 22nd Jan

We know that little things can make a big difference - like spending time chatting to someone over a cup of tea, accompanying someone to an appointment, going for a walk to the local park or helping someone with a jigsaw. The Marie Curie Companion at Home service supports people in the community who are terminally ill or have a life limiting diagnosis. We are looking for volunteers who can spend up to 3 hours each week visiting someone in a befriending role.

Expenses

Mileage expenses are paid.
