Our Collection Box Coordinators - (CBC’s) play a pivotal role in helping to raise funds throughout Wakefield and District for our local Marie Curie nursing service. CBC’s are responsible for placing countertop collection tins in key areas throughout Wakefield, developing relationships with new businesses, collecting all monies raised from the tins, counting and banking it and thanking the businesses on Marie Curie's behalf.

We are looking for reliable, trustworthy people who will be our face within the community. As a CBC we would like you to spot key opportunities to place cans within your local area and be that businesses' main point of contact once the can needs to be changed.

This flexible and rewarding volunteer role is a great opportunity to gain valuable fundraising experience, develop your communication and networking skills and build relationships within your local community.

Full training will be provided.

Volunteers will be supported by Marie Curie Community Fundraiser, Molly Winton.
