Kitchen helper
Our guests come to us for many different reasons, some have just fallen on hard times, others are isolated/ lonely and/or suffer with addiction and what we do allows the opportunity to share a hot meal with other members of the community in a warm, friendly environment and seek advice/support from our Support co-ordinator and other drop in services during sessions such as Turning point and the local Police.
We also provide monitored access to food parcels and our clothing bank.
Being a kitchen helper includes set up before we open then serving up the food/tea & coffee/pudding, wash up/ clean up during and after.
As we are open to serve between 12 and 2 we will need volunteers to come in around 11 and stay till aprox. 14:30 to ensure we set up/down sufficiently
We need this help for Tuesday or Wednesday or both.
