As a Community Event Volunteer, you will predominantly be helping with the set up and management of stalls across the region with our official merchandise on offer and accepting donations. These are in a large variety of locations, summer galas, outdoor events or inside venues such as shopping centres and supermarkets. The events we attend are lots of fun and no two days are the same. Our staff and volunteers always get a warm welcome wherever we go.

Our volunteering roles are flexible and we work around you, all we ask is that you attend four events across the year.

As an independent charity, we rely on the generosity of the people of Yorkshire to keep us flying. By becoming a Community Event Volunteer you will be helping to raise the profile of the YAA and raise much needed funds.
