St George's allotment is a calm, tranquil place where volunteers can work together to grow and array of fruit, vegetables and herbs. We are looking to recruit more volunteers to support the development of our allotment.

Tasks will include:

• Planting seeds and transplanting young seedlings
• Preparing the ground for planting
• Pruning fruit trees/bushes
• Watering and weeding the beds

Time commitment:

• A morning or afternoon weekly/fortnightly

• The ability to ensure confidentiality
• Passionate about helping people in the local community
• Flexible, reliable & trustworthy
• Willing to work alongside other volunteers and staff to develop the allotment
