Looking for a volunteering role you can do from the comfort of your own home?
Flexible hours Flexible

We are looking for big hearted, open minded people who are good listeners and reliable team members.

You can help to meet the needs of older people by volunteering to support the services we provide. We promote the wellbeing of older people living in the Wakefield District and aim to make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

We are looking for people who can volunteer from their own home, with access to a telephone and computer (laptop or tablet) the role would involve you contacting our service users to carryout a "customer feedback survey" over the telephone, and enter the answers they give you into our computer database.

We would give you plenty of training in using our database systems and making the calls, but you would need to feel comfortable talking to people over the telephone and using a computer system to record data.

This is a varied role offering you a chance to join a great team, learn new skills, or put to use the skills you already have. You could volunteer in this role as often as it suits you, we can keep you as busy as you want to be.

Full training is provided in this role.
